Direction for Phentramin D Use

Recommended dosage is one capsule with 8 ounces of water in the morning and one capsule with 8 ounces of water at noon or in the early afternoon. It is recommended that Phentramin-d be used in conjunction with proper nutrition habits and an exercise program. Do not increase your dose or take it more frequently than recommended.

The main effects of Phentramin-d are weight loss and increased energy. However, some people may experience side effects such as dry mouth, sleeplessness or irritability. These side effects are usually short term and cease as the body adjusts to Phentramin-d. If these symptoms persist, please consult your doctor.


Do not exceed the recommended dose. Phentramin-d is not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, or individuals taking prescription drugs. Discontinue immediately if sleeplessness or nausea occur. Do not take Phentramin-d if you have a known medical condition including high blood pressure, diabetes, any cardiovascular disorder, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, or are taking antidepressant medications. Phentramin-d contains stimulants such as caffeine and should not be used by individuals wishing to eliminate such products from their diet. If you have questions about the advisability of taking Phentramin-d, consult your physician prior to use.

1,3 – Dimethyl-pentylamine-hydrochloride and 1,3,7 – Trimethylxanthin

If you miss a dose of Phentramin-d, do not double the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual Phentramin-d dosage schedule.

Store Phentramin-d at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture. Keep Phentramin-d and all medications out of the reach of children
